REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds on services ordered or rendered unless determined at the time of collection. 

CANCELATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY

At Endless Testing & Solutions, we understand that circumstances can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your drug testing appointment. To ensure fair and consistent treatment for all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice

 Standard Cancellations: To avoid any charges, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled drug testing appointment if you wish to cancel or reschedule-your corporate appointment and 2 hours for individual

 Late Cancellations: If you cancel within less than 24 hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service will be charged.

 No-Show: If you fail to attend the scheduled drug testing appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged the full price of the service.

2. Rescheduling

 You may reschedule your drug testing appointment with no fee, provided that you notify us at least 24 hours before your original appointment. For corporate and 2 hours for individual.

If you reschedule within less than 24 and 2 hours of the original appointment, a rescheduling fee of 50%. of the service may apply.

3. Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies can occur. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to an emergency (such as illness, accident, etc.), please notify us as soon as possible. We will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and may waive fees at our disc Policy.
